Worthing American, Rod & Custom – 26th July
I can hardly believe we are already into July with a number of shows already having been and gone - It doesn’t seem that long ago we were braving the weather at Wheels Day at the start of the season!
Worthing American, Rod and Custom is well known to those in the South of the country - Yes to all those in the midlands and further up north, we do have a good representation of yanks down here and the South will rise again!
It is an extremely popular show that some how manages to pack more and more vehicles into and around The Steyne at Worthing every year.
The show is organised by Kevin Denston of South Coast Customs and Nigel Burge, and is FREE to enter, but pre-registration is a must. Having spoken with Kevin, he holds a similar view to us in that a car show shouldn’t charge the exhibitors because without cars you don’t have a car show and the exhibitors have already spent time and money preparing for and getting to the show.

I could spend the next few lines telling you about all the ages, styles and types of machine that you can experience at this show, but I would never be able to do them justice and it is quicker and easier to point you towards our gallery.
The great thing about this show is that it offers something for all the family. There is the show of course and all that a show of this kind offers along with all day music, refreshments, trade stands and trophies, but being near the sea front there is plenty to see and do for the rest of the family if they fancy a change of scene and you’re still absorbing the show.
They can check out the beach, the fun fair or if you feeling a bit flush with plenty of boot space, let your other half check out the shops, most of which are open on Sundays. If you fancy stretching your legs a little further down is the Honda Goldwing Owners Club also hold their show on the same day..img_assist_custom.jpg)
If you haven’t been before take a look at the gallery for the last couple of years and you’ll see that it’s all about great cars, bikes, trucks etc and having a good time.
If you are not an owner not to worry, the show is FREE to the public also so there really is no excuse not to come – Full details can be seen under the shows tab, but in brief it's 26th July at The Steyne in Worthing - look forward to seeing you there!
