•	Terminate your membership and delete any content stored in your members area, if in the opinion of “c&a.com”, you fail to comply with any of these terms or if a competent regulatory authority requires us to do so.

Availability
Whilst “c&a.com” endeavors to ensure our website service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, there could be occasions when the service is interrupted. This could be due to service or maintenance, upgrades, emergency repairs, failure of telecommunications links or equipment or conditions that are beyond the control of “c&a.com”. Where it is within our control and should this occur, all reasonable actions would be taken to minimise any disruption.
